Helen : Salut, Anthony, comment s'est passé ton voyage à Munich ?

Helen: Hi Anthony, how was your trip to Munich?

Anthony : Pas très bien.

Anthony: Not so nice.

Helen : Pourquoi ?

Helen: Why not?

Anthony : J'ai été malade. J'ai vomi et après j'ai attrapé un rhume.

Anthony: I was sick. Had to vomit, and afterwards had a cold.

Helen : Mon pauvre ! Es-tu allé chez le docteur ?

Helen: Oh, poor you. Have you been to the doctor?

Anthony : Non, mais j'ai fait des recherches sur Internet. C'est peut-être ce Norovirus qui m'a fait vomir.

Anthony: No, but I did some research on the internet. Could have been this Norovirus which makes you vomit.

Helen : Vraiment ?

Helen: Really?

Anthony : Oui, et j'ai également lu que les personnes appartenant au groupe sanguin O sont plus souvent affectées que les autres. Et je suis du groupe O.

Anthony: Yes, also I've read that people with blood group O are more often affected. And I've got O-.

Helen : Existe-t-il un traitement pour ça ?

Helen: Is there a treatment for that?

Anthony : Il n'y a pas de traitement précis. Mais, heureusement, les symptômes disparaissent après deux jours.

Anthony: There is no specific treatment. But fortunately the symptoms disappear after a couple of days.
